Bellevue - A putative class action lawsuit was filed against the online media company claiming its desktop advertising software was spyware. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Zango, under its former name 180solutions, Inc. The case has been dismissed with prejudice. (Sep-07-06)
